It seems to me that it is the easiest way for me to keep anyone who is interested in what I am doing informed- is by starting a blog. I hope that this will give you all a greater understanding of what I am doing here in Asia. May you be encouraged by what God is doing in the world and especially here where ever I go and what God has blessed me to be apart of. God is moving in the world and He desires that all people groups come to know Him.
My goal in where ever I go in this world is the same thing: to make disciples as Jesus commanded us in Matthew 28. I believe in not just preaching for decisions, but discipleship that can radically transform families and communities. This is the way that Jesus Christ spread his love to the world- He spent time with the twelve and they in turn discipled many others, who then discipled others, and it turned the world upside down. So that is why I am in Asia- to turn the world upside down. To make disciples.
This blog is intended on showing you everything that is happening in my life here in Asia- whether it be funny things that happen in the village and cultural mishaps, or more practical things such as my future plans, present whereabouts, and the way that the Lord is using me here. I pray that I may share many stories of the fruit that comes as I press into faith in Jesus and what He allows me to do. I will also update on thing that you can do and pray for if you want to share in this journey! I hope to update every few weeks.
Be encouraged, and take to your knees to pray for the world. May the Kingdom come by His grace, and through our willing hands and feet.
